Her mission is to offer not just support, but understanding, compassion, and tailored care.
Holly embraces manaakitanga, a Māori value of hospitality, kindness, and respect. This shapes the way she and her team build strong, compassionate relationships and foster a space where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.
At Heroes Assist, Holly leads with integrity, fostering a culture of advocacy, compassion, and empowerment. She and her team work collaboratively to bridge gaps in care and ensure participants feel heard, understood, and supported.
Their shared commitment to person-centred care is transforming how people experience support—especially those who need it most.
"My most profound moment is assisting veterans impacted by overseas deployment and war, who had isolated themselves at home. Since working with them, they’ve made significant progress, reaching a point where they can step outside and reintegrate into their communities."
Our story is deeply rooted in a shared commitment to those who have served our country. Heroes Assist was founded by individuals with firsthand experience of the challenges faced by veterans and NDIS participants. Motivated by our personal connections to veterans affected by mental health struggles, homelessness, and the unique complexities of transitioning back to civilian life, we understand what it truly means to need support.
We know the gaps that exist in veteran and disability services, and we're here to bridge them. Our mission is clear: to offer tailored, compassionate support for veterans, NDIS participants, and their families—ensuring they not only have stable housing but also access to the services they need to thrive.
With a team of dedicated professionals who have lived through these challenges, we’re driven by our experiences to offer personalised care and guidance. We understand the unique needs of our community, from mental health challenges to finding the right support networks, and we’re committed to addressing those needs every step of the way.
At Heroes Assist, we strive to be a beacon of hope for those who have given so much for our country, ensuring that every veteran and NDIS participant has a place to call home, the support they deserve, and the opportunities to build a fulfilling future.
