Our Mission at Heroes Assist is to empower veterans and NDIS participants by providing personalised, person-centred support that fosters independence, dignity, and confidence. We are committed to delivering tailored services, including housing solutions, care coordination, mental health support, and job readiness programs. By understanding the unique challenges faced by our clients, we aim to enhance their quality of life, promote long-term stability, and help them achieve their fullest potential. Led by Holly and Katie—two women who are both passionate advocates and experienced professionals—we are committed to making a lasting impact by delivering person-centred care that truly meets the needs of each individual. We’re here to help veterans and NDIS participants thrive, with compassion, expertise, and unwavering support.
